The Biggest Three (Ever): Wade, Bosh & James

The Miami Heat has the best of the 2010 free agency shopping spree. After convincing Wade to stay at the South Beach, the Heat franchise were able to fish Chris Bosh to play with the (already) NBA title-contender squad. And that's not all. They were also able to catch the biggest fish, the most sought after man in the market, the crème de la crème of the most star-studded free agency pool in the history of the NBA, 6'8" King LeBron James. To name a few, the pool includes Dirk Nowitzki, Joe Johnson, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, LeBron James, Amare Stoudemire, and Carlos Boozer.

James' decision in picking Miami over New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Chicago and his own home Cleveland, was probably influenced by Bosh's decision a day before he (James) made his own announcement. And we would also take into consideration that these guys are friends off the court. They enetered the NBA at the same year in 2003 together with Carmelo Anthony.

His decision also shows that he badly wants a championship ring. He could have chosen the Knicks where the Mecca of basketball is located. But the Knicks' persuasive gimmicks were no good for James. He could have also chosen the Chicago Bulls who has the complete pieces of a championship team. But I guess James knows that he can't beat the legacy of the greatest ever, his Airness Michael Jordan. He could have also chosen New Jersey where he is offered the partnership of the franchise. Instead he picks Miami with Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh, Michael Beasley and Mario Chalmers in it.

Miami is surely the team to beat in the East. The Heat could easilly demolish other teams in the conference like powerhouse Orlando and Boston Celtics. They'll be in the lime light for at least next five years.

I'm more of into the underdog type of fan so I won't be a Heat fan. I'll laugh at them if they don't win the championship.

I know it's too early for this, but I already have the picture of the 2011 NBA finals: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Miami Heat.
